Additional benefits include company retreats and yearly bonuses! This firm is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist in our Holiday, FL office to be the first point of contact for incoming calls and on-site visitors.
Position Title:
Receptionist Compensation:
$36,000-$45,000/year commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate team member Greet arriving visitors and connect them with the correct person within the firm Provide support to partners, attorneys, and paralegals as requested Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to filing, photocopying, sorting/distributing mail, updating calendars, etc.
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
College Diploma Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Exceptional phone etiquette Punctual at work Positive, team-oriented mindset www.
