We have other lead stagers on site.
Initially, during the training period the job will be as lead stager assistant and in charge with install.
After 3 months paid training period, If the company consider you qualify for the lead designer position, you will be in charge with the entire staging project:
from previewing the house, decide the settings and furniture ,coordinate the logistic team and so on.
As stager assistant, the pay will be $15/h.
As lead designer, The pay will be by job and average pay for the existing designer is around $50/h.

Skills Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
